I must have slept through last October to miss this [1] article.

It’s titled “Is God running for president?“. One of the best lines here is a quote from Sinclair Lewis: “When fascism comes to America it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross.” If you like to read, try his book: “[2] It Can’t Happen Here” which is a novel about fascism in America in the pre-WWII era. I highly recommend it.
